Boxcar Betty’s started in a rundown little building on Savannah Hwy in Charleston, SC. Roth Scott and Ian MacBryde decided to take a chance on a new restaurant that would bring the world a new take on Chicken sandwiches. Since that opening in 2014, Boxcar Betty’s has grown and evolved into a restaurant group working in 3 states in the southeast.
