Boxcar Betty’s Management LLC contracts DoorDash Inc. to deliver all food from all Boxcar Betty’s locations. Boxcar Betty’s does not provide delivery services using its own drivers or vehicles. For any issues with delivery of food, payment, bank charges, etc. please contact DoorDash Inc. directly. Boxcar Betty’s has no power or authority to directly provide a refund for any transaction between customers and DoorDash Inc.
